1. Sale and discounted items are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.
   
2. We accept returns within 7 days from the date you received your parcel. 
   
3. Any report or claim exceeding the return time frame will be considered invalid.
   
4. Return and exchange will be applicable in the event of:  
   
   a) Defective items
   b) Wrong received items
   c) 'Special circumstances' which will be finalised by management. 
   
5. The item must be unused/ unwashed/ unworn and in the exact condition when purchased. The label tag must still be intact and attached to the returned item(s), it must not be cut or broken.
   
6. All shipping costs of returned items will be borne by us.
   
7. Reasons such as "I changed my mind", "the designs are not suitable for me", or "the colours are different from the website" will not be considered valid grounds for refund and exchange.
   
8. Only purchases made via our Website are entitled to a return and exchange to our HQ.
   
9. We reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the items do not meet the return policy requirements above.
